From a young age I knew I wanted 2 things out of life: to perform and to help people. For years if you asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up you’d get replies like “rock star”, “scientist so I can invent a machine that cleans the house by itself, and mom doesn’t have to do it”, “doctor, but not dentist”, “I just want to be on stage” and few other pearls of infant wisdom.

At 14 I jumped from acting in my mother’s living room to actually doing it on stage, becoming a professional actress in 2008.

So that part was settled. That box was ticked. Since then, I acted on stages in Portugal, United States, UK, Spain, Italy, and the list goes on.

All that was left to do was the helping-people-out box. That part for some reason seemed harder to achieve. Even though my super power of dreams, when asked, was (and still is) to be able to heal people inside and out.

It took a pandemic, and being stripped of the chance to be on stage to really help me think how I could use my over 12 years of acting experience and knowledge, to allow someone else to improve and become happier and more fulfilled.
